my first blog and what a shock I've had. I'm booked in 21s Oct for radical hysterectomy Hospital phoned to tell me they want me in on this thursday as they have changed the plan. They want to take my lymph nodes out to check for cancer because if its there its pointless doing the radical. If its not I will go back in as planned for the big op. I've only just sent a reply to phoenix's blog saying every thing is going great guns for me, so you can image my shock at this news, they must think its already in my lymphs musn't they. I'll be out on friday though so at least will have time at home if I haveto go for the chemo and rad watch this space

hi did you have your mri and ct mri should have picked up if its gone to lymph nodes . i'm in the same boat was due to go in for my radical tomorrow but its been put forward 3 weeks because of low white cells . hope evertyhing goes ok for thursday
