I dont quite know what I thought I was doing when I wandered onto this site. I was scouring the internet trying to find answers, trying to find something that would tell me that what I thought was wrong. I thought i would be able to get to sleep at night without crying myself to sleep if I could just find something that would tell me "the answers". What I have found is somewhere that people stop and listen and show compassion whilst undergoing the hardest times themselves. Where someone reaches out their hands so you can hold onto them to stop you falling. I dont know what will happen tomorrow I just know that if my wings are a little broken today someone may help me to fly a little better tomorrow. my situation has not changed other than I am not alone I have friends I didnt know i had and I am so grateful. You know who you are.

I am so glad you have found that we can help and listen to you.
I have found it so useful on this site, people have been so kind to me and given me so much support and advise. It helps to chat to both patients and carers alike and you start to understand how you both feel.
Thank you I feel a little better today. As I said nothing has changed, I just dont have to go it alone and the compassion and bravery on here just takes my breath away. I just didnt realise. You are very kind thank you xx
