THE CRAMPS

Hi Leggy,

You and me both,every single night Im hopping around my bedroom in agony with cramps in my toes feet and legs. Take salt tablets, anything to stop these bloody cramps/spasms. Call them what you like. If you ask me its to much lactic acid. P.S. and I have Gout. Its not often I moan,but I think the time is right.  Look after yourself.

Hello Leggy and Sarsfield. I don't know if this is just a piece of useless information, but years ago I used to get rotten night cramps in my legs / feet, too. I was prescribed Quinine tablets by the Doc and they did seem to work - maybe worth a try ? My best wishes to you both and take care. Love, Joycee xx

Lower down stomach cramps is my problem, takes me up to 2 hours to empty my bowels, little bit at a time, and the cramps are just so painful.  Still I shouldn't moan as it's better than the constipation I guess.  That at its worst was like giving birth again.  5 children was enough thanks!!
