Spicy mince beef/lamb Yorkshire Pud (or cabbage).

Apologies 1st as I don't tend to do exact weights & measurements etc. Temperatures are hit & miss as I cook on an old Rayburn that's fired by old wardrobes/logs/ fence panels.

    Mince Yorkshire Pud

This is a meal in one variation to std. Yorkshire pud. Just adjust quantities to suit.

Lightly fry some onions, mince, chilli flakes.

Season well then tip into pre-heated (with dripping to coat base) pan.

Tip in mince then your Yorkshire pudding batter.

Bake till done. Serve with gravy / oxtail soup.

Cabbage version - cook some white cabbage. Drain well & use liquid to make gravy. Tip into hot pan as above & bake away as for yorkshire pud. Actually very good with a Sunday Dinner.
