Had my 4th chemo on Friday- whoo hoo, that means only 2 left! My platelets had actually gone up! ( admittedly by only 1 point, but moving the right way for me). I also got my CT results, ' stable disease' - which is good so they say, all in all a good day. Paying for it now- aches and pains kicking in- Aargh!
Just vegging out now, for some reason I have an urge for really disgusting food- a fry up or egg and chips with beans, why I dont know, anyone else get that? maybe just comfort eating. my weight has stayed the same same since my op in jan (10 st 4lb) but for some reason both bloods and urine are showing a high glucose count, again anyone else had that? the Nurse couldn't account for it as I eat very healthily, and told me to carry on with what I was doing.
Any answers gratefully received!

Ouch that's bad news.Hope you can get by with oral meds and don't need any more IVs.
