Hi people

thought I would update , I had my 6 month post treatment ct in nov, and all came back clear!!!

I left the trial (ICON 7)in oct due to side effects- still having them a bit, but if the avastin did this, I cant complain.

' no evidence of disease' - how sweet are those words,(I have it in writing, on the copy of the report). sorry for those who havent got them yet, I hope it comes soon.

On the strength of that have booked a holiday to cuba- 60ish days and counting till sun, sea and hmmm.....I know.... Rum!

It is so nice to hear good news.

A holiday to Cuba - wow I bet you cant' wait. I would like to be the first to ask you to take me in your suitcase!

We went to Cuba about 6 years ago and adored it! I know you'll have a wonderful time - get practising that salsa!!xx

Congratulations Sue, marvellous feeling eh?? I got my 3rd lung 'all clear' last Wednesday. Better than winning the lottery. Enjoy Christmas, best present anyone could give you.
