Hi Kit and it looks like your perseverance has paid off and you've actually got your Dad to roll those tins of peas around, lol  It's very important for all of us, no matter what type of cancer we have that we try to make sure our muscles don't just waste away from non use. Your Blog sounds so positive sweetheart, and maybe your road is going to get a little easier to travel - I hope so. Your Dad will soon get used to eating properly again, and it won't be long til he's wolfing down his rasher rolls. Keep us posted on your progress sweetheart, and say hello to your Dad, with lots of love       kate xxxxxxxxx

Hi Kit, what a wonderful picture you painted in my head about your dad and his tins of peas lol.  I'm glad you persevered because he's obviously benefitting from it. Appetities come back slowly but anyone would find it hard to turn down a bacon buttie (even some vegetarians I know lol!).

Keep up the good work and post his progress as and when you can as you sound a very busy lady!

    Take care
