Kezzerbird and Summit

1 minute read time.
Hi guys.......................after my happy and sad blog I did the other day, I thought I would give you an update on me and my looney puppy Summit. Summit is now 12 weeks old and growing like mad. She has the longest legs I've ever seen and with all the walking we have done you would think they would be extremely short. Having had Border Collies all my life all the others were very intelligent, Summit seems to be the idiot out of the breed! (All my animals are mad!) She makes me crack up with the things she does, I haven't laughed so much in a long time and each morning I get woken up with a pair of eyeballs stuck to mine, followed by a big sloppy kiss (who needs a bloke!!) then it's downstairs out out the back for the loo, followed by grub and while I am trying to wake up with a bucket of tea, Summit wants to play (UMPH!) I haven't reached my 10 mile power walks yet, which I did before cancer, I did do 8 miles but summit isn't ready for that yet. Kev, my other grumpy half comes out walking with us and we now have conversations and it's all down to the nutty dog. In October, we are off on the canal again and Summit is coming with us, it should be interesting, I dread the think what will happen when she sees the wildlife, she spotted a load of birds on the ground the other day and went off like a rocket to play with them, they didn't want to play either! I think we may have to nail her to the narrowboat, boy oh boy am I gonna be fit after the holiday. Summit has made my life so much better and last year now seems like a bad dream, she drives me crazy at times but I love to laugh, she is completely bonkers, a bit like me really.................Love and hugs and I hope I have made you smile. Take care one and all...........Carol and the Mutt x

Dogs are good for the soul, they crack you up, are totally mental and demanding, in short they are therapeutic. Take a look at my profile at the photo's of my two reprobates. I dont know what I would do without them.
