From the mouths of Babes!

1 minute read time.
Hi guys...........two blogs in two days from the Kezzerbird!!!!!!!!!! If you are having a down day today if you read this it should put a smile back on your face! Recently two of my grandsons came to see me, Adam is 5 and Kai is 4. When they walked in the house I was sitting there without a scarf, hat or wig on, so my head which is has bald as a flea ridden badgers behind was there in all it glory for them to see. Before they had the chance to say anything, I said "Here guys, someone has stolen my hair" "Oh no granny" came the reply. Then Adam asked if he could use the loo, he went upstairs, came charging back downstairs holding my wig by its crown, Yelling "Granny, I found your hair" with the biggest smile on his face. PRICELESS! The next thing was my grand daughter Kaci who is 6. After visiting my beautifull daughter and her two girls, Kaci said to here mother "I miss granny so much, next came the question "Mummy, is granny on a diet?" "No, it is the medicine that granny has to take which is making her loose weight" After a short pause with time to think, kaci said to her mother "Mummy, can you have some of granny's medicine, cause you're getting awful fat!!!!" My daughter was straight on the phone to me, spitting and frizzing like a good un and all I could do was laugh. Oh from the mouths of Babes!

Hi kezzerbird, i did enjoy reading your blog, it made me smile.what better way of giving you fight than the innocence  of childrens veiws of life.I remember when i first went back to work(nursery school) and as i was walking across the playground i heard a child whisper to one of his friends, Miss wigston has become a pirate (i did then decide to wear pretty printed scarves instead of the starchy cotton ones?)If ever I lose my hair again I`d  like to `go commando`but im not sure whether i could cope with the comments! All the best for your scan results. lesleyxx

As always, lovely stories - your grandchildren sound very special Carol - you must be very proud of them.  They're growing up as fighters too - plenty of initiative and imagination!!  Big hugs to all the family.  Much love, Kate xxxx

Dear Kezzerbird, I have just come across you blog after putting my 6yr old grandson to bed for his 'sleepover' with me tonight.  He 'told me to 'Get up and Groove' in the playground the other day, and like your two, keeps me laughing. At the end of a long weary day he has just said that I am the Best Granma in the world, I hope he can say that to me for a few years yet.

    Good luck with everything

    Sincerely

    Angela
