STOMACH DOING SOMERSAULTS

Less than one minute read time.
I'm trying to prepare myself mentally for the op tomorrow - can't wait till it's all over, hoping they don't find traces of it in the other glands they are taking out. Fingers crossed. I can just see the light at the end of the tunnel - two hurdles over one more to go (radiotherapy)

I know it is scary right now but try to focus on how you will feel when they have taken away everything. You are doing the right thing to concentrate on one stage at a time - you need to tell yourself it wont be as bad as chemo - and once youve recovered its onward to radiotherapy and then 'home and dry'. Sending HUGS to you but you can do it, you WILL get through all of this and relcaim your body and move on. Love Jools xxxx

    Good luck for tomorrow Kas.

I know how you feel, my stomach was just the same when I was there.

I'm now on the radiotherapy stage and you'll soon be catching me up.

I wish you a speedy recovery and will be thinking of you tomorrow.

    Love and hugs

Hi Kaz,  I felt just the same before mine, it's fear of either the 'unknown' OR knowing EXACTLY what is going to happen lol!  Thankfully I can look back now and it's all just like a dream.  It's amazing what reserves we all have.  Will be thinking of you and hope your results come back quickly.

    Take care

Oh I feel for you, but as the others have said it just the next hurdle and you'll soon be crossing the finishing line.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
