hi can anyone tell me how i can complain about an incident that happened whilst having day surgery please.

I have complained to the Chief Executive about my missed tumour. I am getting my complaint thoroughly checked out. Hopefully the 3 different Surgeons will learn something. Good luck with your complaint you must do it if you feel bad about something, it will help others in the future. Julie X
