Making friends... keeping friends...

Less than one minute read time.

When I joined this site I was looking for information and help, but little did I know it would also lead to friendship. Through the old 'What Now?' site I met a fellow patient, Sharry. Last year we jointly hosted an Open Day for members of 'What Now?' which was a great success and led to lots of happiness and laughter.

Sharry has had a set-back and the Sarcoma has, once again, raised its ugly head. Sharry is a fighter and I know she will fight it vigorously. In fact, the chances are, she'll give it a good SMACK!

Please send her some cyber-hugs.

Sharry's a lovely lady, and so useful in the kitchen!  The first time I met her she was up to her wrists in raw meat, a sight I won't forget!

This sarcoma is obviously stupid as well as ugly, he just doesn't know who he's dealing with!

Biggest hugs winging their way to you, Sharry.

Sharry was quite active on the site when I joined in March 2009 and I remember reading about the wonderful Banstead Bash (or something similar, remember I am a brain tumour patient LOL) and being envious of the beautiful gardens!!!!!!

All the love & strength I can muster for one of the "old gang" and thats not a reference to age.  Stupid Sarcoma be gone with ya!

    Love & Strength
