Well they say that 13 is unlucky for some, well I was awake at about 4.30 again, I tried reading my kindle without disturbing the wart hog that was laying next to me, I was totally unsuccessful as I accidentally knocked a tin of mints over that was strategically placed on top of said e reader . I did apologise as the wart hog turned his back on me with a grunt, so the light didn't disturb him. I decided after reading for a while to try and get back to sleep. Then I started sneezing.....whoops. I woke him again. I snuck out of bed and went downstairs made a drink and wrapped myself in a duvet watching TV until 9am.
I now have a stupid head cold, I think I caught it from the wart hog I will phone the chemo department tomorrow if its still the same. I suppose it could be effect of the chemo, but we will see what they say tomorrow.
We did go shopping today and I bought a nice long thick cardigan, as I'm struggling with jumpers at the moment.
I will have an early night tonight and see if I can sleep this cold off, well, I can only live in hope.
Has anyone had cold symptoms while having EC Chemo, or had Chemo while under the weather with a head cold. (I don't actually feel ill at all)
Keep smiling.take care all xxx
PS I read this out to hubby and he laughed
