Taking gloop before going to bed seems to be working, with the reflux. I actually managed to sleep until about 6 and got up at 7am.
Made a cuppa as normal and went to watch The Traitors on Tv I felt sorry for Ross. My taste seems to be coming back again and I guzzled my tea like I hadn't drank anything for days. By 10 am I had drunk 3 mugs of tea and ate toast & marmalade, it's amazing the difference a day makes.
I have a slightly sore mouth and tounge again today, but I have Diflam mouth wash now that was given to my by chemo nurses, so will rinse on a regular basis today.
My scalp is still a bit sore, if my head touches anything its like resting on a coir matt. The silk pillowcase helped a lot lastnight but I decided the clippers needed to come back out and I now only have the shortest hair, and I'm regularly rolling the sticky lint roller over my head too. It's not so painful now and some parts of my scalp and now getting smooth, won't be long till I have a baby's bum head
Hubby and I cooked dinner together, and it was fantastic, chicken Kiev, home made dauphine potato's, and carrots. I took some antacids after dinner just incase, and will have more before bedtime. It just was so good to eat proper tasty food.
I have my penultimate Filgrastim injection tonight, I haven't had any aches as yet from these, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way.
