Awake at 3.30 today and up at 4.30. Mouth not quite so painful today, but still not right. Went and had a walk, before lunch, and did nothing this afternoon. My side effects just seem the same each day, except today I have had very very bad wind. I blame the liver. My husband said I smell like a volcano, erupting. Funny he couldn't smell yesterday 
at least its not trapped wind.
