Woke about 4am with a very sore mouth, so popped a throat sweet in and managed to get back to sleep.
Popped some almond croissants in the oven for breakfast, but after bitting into one it hurt, so I should of had porridge. Mouth really sore today, not been this bad for several weeks.
Made sure to get some liver today so I can hopefully get my iron levels up for Monday, we had it with mash and gravy, managed to eat most of it, but now throat as well as mouth is getting sore. Ice cream, called for, and cake.
