Well after a fairly good night's sleep, I woke at 5.30am, I should have taken e reader to bed with me, I tried to go back off to sleep, but just laying there I suppose I was still resting. My picc line was hurting a bit on my underarm, but in fairness they did tell me it might be a bit sore for a couple days. Plus it's in my right arm and that's the side I sleep on.
7am had enough and went downstairs and made a cuppa for hubby and me, and carried them on a tray up to bed. Sat chatting and watching TV for a while. Took sickness meds when I got dressed and did make-up they say make an effort if you feel up to it. Had crumpets for breakfast. I think I'm drinking enough decaffeinated tea and water because I'm nearly peeing as much as it has been raining outside . Felt really good and went for a little walk while the sun shone, it was still shining when we got back so sat in the garden and had a cuppa. Note to myself and anyone else. YES you can get a tan in England in January if on Chemo, so remember sunscreen.
took all mens needed today, ate salad, fish, christmas cake and a orange, so certainly had my calories for today, as been told not to lose the weight, I have put on since being diagnosed in August.
Early night, well watched TV in bed and dozed at the same time.
