Losing 2 people I love most

Less than one minute read time.

Please help me - told on Monday my husband has 1 year to live due to oesophageal cancer spread to lungs.  Told yesterday that my mum has 6 months to live (we and she thought she was healthy last week) due to bone, brain, breast cancers.

thing is no one knows what new things the docs , specialists , scientists might come up with next week, next month or in a few months time...so we will all be keeping our fingers crossed that once more a specialist can be proved to be wrong when your loved ones live much longer then they have been told....also remember even people out there who are fit and healthy never know how long they have got...when i joined this site i had a female friend who lived near me she was 27 and fit and healthy so we all thought....only out of the blue she got a blod clot in her leg that broke away and went to her heart and she died...so no one knows to be honest....we all hope your loved ones prove everyone who has set a time to be wrong...

    Hi Julie,

What can anyone say to someone in your very painful position,to lose one Loved one is so Wrong to this terrible disease, but to lose two Loved ones is beyond human reason.

I can only offer you my strength comfort, and sympathy, for what lies ahead.

May your Love and strength see you through.

My thoughts are with your Husband, and your Mum but most of all yourself.

    Regards Sarsfield.xx

    Dear Julie

I've been wondering how you and your husband have been doing. I am so sorry that you've had such awful news, and now with your mum as well. As others have said, I wish I could offer you some wonderful words of wisdom. Please remember you have friends on here who are with you every single step of this dreadful journey. Graeme is right, there are always new advances in cancer treatment and I hope with all my heart that something will come along to help your situation. Thinking of you.

    ((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
