21st december,had a brilliant day

Less than one minute read time.

what a brilliant day i had yesterday, thanks to my daughter rebekah and my special little man leon (my 2 n a  half grandson)since i started my chemo in october ihadn,t been well enough to have him on my own but yesterday i managed to have him from  11 till 6 ok it was at my sisters house but it was without rebekah saying dont pick him up dont do that dont do this (bless i know shes only thinking of me ), it was nice just to feel some normality and my spirits r so high today, mind that may be because leon wore me out and i actually slept from 8 till 2am an achievment in its self, but what made my day was when he sang the barny song i love you you love me  ,  and then when they dropped me home he said i love u nana all the way up to the sky n back again which brings tears to my eyes every time, but i am just so happy happy happy 2day, hug to you all hope u all have a peaceful and happy xmas love julie x

    Hi Julie

There is nothing more precious than a grandchild's love. It is so different from the love you have for your own children, not better just different.

It is that you were able to have him on your own for the day he will be so excited waiting for Father Christmas.

    Have a lovely time

    Teri
