I've not seen you letters before dont know why, I've been using McMillans for a long time.What a story.  I thought I was having trouble with these Gods who for some reason never listen to you.. My problem is my face,I've had so many operations over the last 20 years.But the last 3years have been horendous.My face is in such a state that I'm begining to think I could do it better myself. they always come up with excuses and I agree you never see the same surgeon I.ve been told to always ask for the surgeon who did the OPs as they are the ones who know what has been done.I'm off to the hospital tomorrow and have made up a list with all the right questions whether I get all the right answers is another point.

I do hope you get what you should have .the trouble is its another OP each time which isnt really what we need do we.
