Just thought it would be good to say well done to everyone who took part in the run today and raised money for the various cancer charities which in turn help all of us patients.

Yes, thanks to John for saying "Well Done" I echo that sentiment! I hope to do something for the Pancreatic cancer group or Macmillan.
Yes mate - sometimes we don't say thanks when it is needed - I join with you in thanking all fund raisers and thanks for reminding me of our debt to them
