do you have a Cancer MacMillan nurse because they are really good at helping to understand the way to fill in forms and what you can claim for. With best wishes xxxx Penny
They have sent me more forms of the same to fill out after 2 years,but I photo copied my first one I did and filled out the form the same..did not think my circumstances would change that much.
Penny`s right though, if you have a mcmillan nurse they will help...
Remember copy everything..we are not always in the mood to think straight.
