Statistics and Positive

Less than one minute read time.

Statistics can be very misleading for both reasons.

Stay positive every day, as they will swing in both directions during this journey

    Hi John

I totally agree! While my mum was on the wrong side of the statistics and lost her very short battle, on the other hand my brother-in-law has been livibg with oesophageal cancer for 6 years, after been opened up and closed again , told nothing could be done and he had 6 weeks at best!! He is described as a walking miracle by his oncology docs, the palliative radiotherapy he had somehow halted his tumour in its tracks and it remains so now!!!! So yes, statistics can be very misleading and this journey is a very unpredictable one. I hope that many more people prove the statistics wrong in a good way!!

    best wishes, Sharonxx

I agree, on St Patrick's day (17th march) it was my 3 year cancerversary since they told me I had 3 months to live... I'm still here and doing good
