    Hi there, Jo

I'm sorry that you have needed to join the site, but welcome to you anyway.

If you go to your 'View my profile' page and scroll down the list of cancers on the left hand side, you can click on 'breast cancer, ' and hopefully you will find people who are in a similar situation to yourself, and who will be able to give you some appropriate support.

    take care

Hi jo this is also my first vist to the site. Its taken me a while but im here now :) I will be having my first chemotherapy treatment this friday. Im a little scared and dont like the thought of being unwell with it. I know that some people suffer more than others so i guess i will have to wait and see. I hope your energy levels pick up very soon so you can do the things you enjoy.

  • Hi Jo and a welcome to Lou too. Yes, chemo can take it out of you but it won't last forever, so think of it as a blip on your life journey.

Good luck with the rest of your treatment.
