Ho hum

Less than one minute read time.

Ho hum, another day with no call from the hospital. Waiting for a WAE and SNB appointment. The protocol says they've got 15 days, and Jimmy's clinic says I'm to ring and chivvy them (Jimmy's) on Monday(after 7 days), but it's a bit tedious. Had to chivvy them to get my first appt too - amazingly, after I did I got a call back after only ten minutes. What a coincidence :0). Oh well, patience is its own reward - what does that mean?

Hello Jim nice to meet you.

I hope that this isn't going to be the pattern for your future treatment.

I hope all go's well. Love Julie X

  • sadly some admin staff are not the best, it always pays to chase and not let the system take over.

After all its your life thats important not theirs, I always chased scans to make sure I did not have to wait to long, the NHS can be brilliant when it needs to be but processes and protocols are its downfall sometimes.

hope you get that call soon.
