Well I went to the Hospital again today (City Hospital Nottingham).
Had discussion with doctor about how, when and what happens getting my feeding tube fitted tomorrow, and to give more blood!!
Another box ticked!
Learnt today that despite fancy offices, buildings and more leaflets than you can wave a stick at, MacMillan do not have a benefits advisor in Nottingham, so no further forward with that. Perhaps its a role I will be well qualified to fill on recovery!!
Hospital at 8am tomorrow so I can lie around in bed half the day waiting on my "tube" and being kept in overnight to presumably make sure it works so see you Friday!!
