small cell bladder cancer

i was diagnosed on nov. 20 2009 i am almost done with 4th round of chemo. next is surgery . small cell is so rare i would really like to hear from a survivor of multiple years. any and all comments are welcome. there is not alot of info out there. i truly mean this when i say we can not change the cards delt to us. but to me knowledge is strength.and strenth is really nice to have when we need to fight for life. thanks so much god bless.

Sorry I can't help with regard to small cell bladder cancer details but I do know how rare it is. I have a similar problem with having clear cell bladder cancer which is also very rare - less than 40 cases in the world ever and only 4 of them ever written up in detail!
