chemo this Thursday!!!!!

Well,the time has come for my chemo to start.I should be going in this Thursday 11th,so i will soon find out how i will feel after this.The hardest part is the boredom at home,but i have rediscovered an old talent,thank god for Airfix models,it really does help pass the time & take your mind off things.

Had my first of six sessions exactly one year ago. It is now just a blurr. It goes very fast. Accept the side effects, take the tablets they give you for them and stick with it. Super glue on your fingers and forgeting to put the pilot in the cabin before you put the wind shield on should be the only problems ... !

Good luck for tomorrow, I finished mine in November its just a blur now. I can relate to your boredom problem, I find it so hard some days, I am looking forward to spring so I can get myself in the garden and potter about with my flowers. Best of luck
