My husband has bowel cancer with mets in lungs and lymph nodes. He has had two courses of Oxaliplatin, 5FU and Cetuximab which kept it under control for a year, but has now stopped working. The next step is Irinotecan plus 5FU and a trial drug.
Is anyone else on this trial and what effects are they experiencing?
