Drew,s wife

1 minute read time.
You have heard a lot about Drew,s drunken antics, but one of the best was christmas dinner a few years ago when i had christmas day off the first in about six years. we were invited out for a drink with friends before dinner, so we went about 11'o'clock they had bought him half a bottle of whisky he had to drink it because they didnt like it ,drew has always cooked christmas and sunday dinners as i was always at work, hes a great cook most of the time. any way after the whisky had gone they decided to go to the club for a couple of beers they sell real ale on for a £1 a pint it was called Daredevil. when he got home the worst for wear,he told tim to empty the water out of the veg so they would cook quicker,so we ended up with burnt at the bottom and raw at the top.so all that was cooked right was the turkey. He went to bed,After awhile i got ready, left him in bed and went to the club for a night out on my own but soon met some friends and had a good night.when i got home and opened the door,he was in the kitchen with just his socks and under pants on....not a pretty sight.I went in the front room and got a drink,i was not talking to him.He stood in the doorway and said well i made a right arse of that.i never spoke to him,so he said i'm off to bed. I told him to p**s of then.I slept on the soafa that night.boxing day we were having a party and a friend had come to help me prepare, i still wasnt talking to drew.I was stood with a carving knife in my hand and he said if i didnt speak to him he was going to do it again i threatened to stab much to my mates amazement we took one at her and fell about laughing. needless to say the party was a great success, after such a wobbly start.

    Great to meet you!

How I enjoyed hearing this tale from the other side of the fence so as to speak! I look forward to reading Drew's daily blogs so much and usually drop into the site everf day to eagerly read his next episode, even when I'm not feeling up to much and they always cheer me up.

Your anecdote of his drunken Christmas made me LOL too!

    Look forward to more!
