Hmmmm. Bit annoyed as I tried to change my profile photo to this one of me in the Macmillan T-shirt but I couldn't get it to upload correctly.
Anyway, my mind is well and truly turning to fundraising now. My treatment finished mid-July and at my oncology appointment last week the Dr told me in the nicest possible way they hoped not to see me again. I'm back in the hands of the surgical team. I should have the results of a blood test this week (expected to be all fine) and then will have CT scan and colonoscopy in November a year on from surgery.
So in the meantime I am launching my fundraising year. With the help of neighbours and friends this will begin with the World's Biggest Coffee morning (well our little bit of it anyway) in Stony Stratford Methodist Church Hall, 10am -12 noon on Friday 30 Sept.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far. x
