It was lovely for the weekend to get away from all this "stuff" not that we had a quiet weekend. The bit I hated was when people ask you how you are getting on and you have to go over all the details. I skipped over them as I have to think about them in the week but wanted the weekend free of it all. I know they are being nice of course, but none of them, unless they have been here, will have the faintest inkling of what it's like.
Hubby did his gig without nerves which I am so, so happy about. I did manage to get in one dance but it was a family party and I didn't want to intrude.
He says he really doesn't mind people who don't know him seeing him with his new nose, he is much more worried about people who already know him.
The rt on Friday was late and last night too. Tonight it was at 5.30 so we are home again now and K is watching the footy.
He, as I said on Friday, already has the bad taste. That is early, so I am told and his eye wasn't fuzzy though the mask is still tight. I don't understand it but....
One week over !!!!!!!!
