Today is the 23rd December 2021, I received my phone call from urology at Derbyshire hospital, which I was expecting. I got my results from my last CT scan, which was on the 25th September 2021. The CT scan results were good, no sign of the cancer returning.
I was advised I will be having another CT scan next year, I’m not sure if that will be in a year's time, or a few months. Either way, at least the news is good news. I didn’t think they would have left it this long to give me any bad news, I think if it was bad, they would have contacted me sooner.
I will also have a blood test soon.
As time passes, I will have fewer blood tests and CT scans.
I’m sure I’m going to be ok, I feel great.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
