  • Hi Jolee

I do not know how old you are so you may recover faster than I did.

My oncologist told me it would be 12 months after treatment has finished before I could expect to feel anything like normal.

Your body has received a hell of a bashing so take it gently.

    Best of luck

Hi chic.........like Sue I finished chemo 12 ago and I still feel tired but I worked hard to get my body working again. Chemo does tend to knock the stuffing out of you and it can take time to get back some normality, for me it was worth it. Take care...love Carol x

    Hi Jolee

I had the same chemo as you.  I finished end of October then 3 weeks later had radio for for 3 weeks.  One week later I was working full-time again the tiredness seem to go quickly I believe that was because I had a job I enjoyed and took my mind of things.  I hope things go well for you, but get back to normal in your own time.  My age is 52
