Went to Dunedin Hospital today for my check, instead of having mri or ct scans I had an ultrasound and chest xray, well I can happily say he couldn't see any new growths which is a great reilief to us. Now I can go to Cuba with a bit of piece of mind altho I'm not going until November! Anyway folks just thought I would share my news with you!! Jilly xx

Hope you continue to have stability! I admire your courage to travel to Cuba, I miss not being able to travel far since my cancer also brought about a blood disorder which prevents me from flying.

Thankyou Jackie, I'm doing it now in case I can't do it later, I wasn't sure if I could fly as worried about DVT but dr thinks it should be alright as my scan never picked anything up, so long as i'm sensible about things!
