My dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer a couple of months ago and my mum and sister and me are looking after him at home now.
Unfortunately he took an awful chest infection over a week ago and was taken into hospital. We've got him home again but he constantly feels sick. He's on loads of meds and 2 anti-nausea ones and 2 really strong antibiotics. The thing is the sickness has floored him. He doesn't want to talk or see people and he is really depressed - in his own words - he is sick of being sick. He has totally withdrawn from us.
We are distracted and worried sick about him. Will he get over this - its such a set back!?
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
