Hi
My MIL has just started her chemo (yesterday). She was very upbeat and was, pleasantly suprised at how much better it was than she had feared and initillly thought. She returned home after 2 hours drip feed treatment with steroids and was very positive. Today, she has woken in a very different place. She has been unable to stop crying. She says that she does not feel unwell or seem to be suffering any side effects from yesterdays ordeal. It is obviously distressing to hear her so upset and I have summised that it could be the shock and possible relief that yesterday was not as bad as she had thought it was going to be. She has her sister and my FIL with her so we dont wish to rush up and see her, but is there anyone who could confirm or help with our concerns for her?
Thank you
Mark
