1 Year! - (Habubrat)

Its been 1 Year today that I got the phone call that Dave was going over to the hospital in an ambulance in California while I was working at my job in Maryland. WOW! I can't believe its been 12 long months of a coast to coast move and dealing with a cancer diagnosis and all that goes with that. A couple months later I found WN and all of you. Thank you for all your cyber hugs, words of wisdom, jokes, humor, courage, inspiration, bravery and unconditional friendship. You are all very special to me. Dave continues to do extremely well and we have one more big trip to do in Little Rock for his second SCT. It looks like we will go in September which means we have a great big long break and I might just be able to feel like I live in California instead of boxes and suitcases! Thanks again for all that you are, all that you share, the personal feelings and stories of your journey in the hopes it will help others. I don't know if we all realize, truly, how much sharing our most difficult times with others helps each other. Its a gift - one I value more than you know. Fondly, Lori
