Here we go again,back on the cycle. Had appointment arrive on Monday to see the consultant after my CT scan, (which was booked as an emergency for Tuesday evening after my 125 result of 785) - the appointment is Jan 10th!! The clinic meets on Monday, and allowing 2 weeks for the official scan results to come through that is the next available Monday..........
The oncology team meeting is Friday morning, so I have just had a phone call to say I am now booked in to see the consultant Monday morning, as he must see me! Anything say the CT scan shows a bad report? I guess I will now be having my first treatment before Christmas, which I feel I need as I have felt myself go down hill over the last 2 weeks. If I had to wait until January I just told the nurse, I think I would be in a wheel chair as my breathing is getting bad again, and the effort of doing anything is such hard work.
I wonder what drug he will give me, after having issues with 3 I wonder what is left, apart from the Cisplatin I had last time
I'll let you know how Monday goes! (and it was supposed to be a good day as we pick our new car up in the afternoon).
