Well, I'm back home to do the washing and ironing, reapcking ready for going through the Channel tunnel tomorrow. We've had a week away, despite the chest infection, even if I did spend 3 days sitting in the motorhome out of the wind! It was lovely seeing all the MHF friends, including Locovan, who was the life and soul of the gathering as usual! we went on from the rally to the Great Dorset Steam fair. I must admit I was a bit worried that I wouldn't cope with all the walking, but the sun shone and we walked round for 6 hours amazed at the range of steam engines. After going back to the van for tea, we went back to see everything lit up in the evening, all the fair ground lights and the variety of fairground organs, and the variety of beer tents and entertainment. A wonderful day, that was not long enough to see everything. Back home and different antibiotics from the doc in the hope that this bug will go away. Perhaps the sunshine in Italy will do the trick! We'll hope so.
