hi my grandad has lung and bowel cancer and while at a checkup on friday he was told there is nothing more that can be done for him and its just a matter of time was wondering if anyone knows
what type of help he can get

Hi Tracy.What help is he getting at the moment? His GP should help with what help he can get such as district nurse,macmillan nurse (hopefully) and carers.Hope this helps.xxxx
at the moment he has me caring for him as well as help from my mum auntie and uncle there his three kids but we were just wondering what things can be done to get him more comfortable and at the moment he has been told to think about how he wants cared for when the time comes he was told this by the doctor at the hospital but i think hes still in denial as he wont even talk about it and keeps telling everyone hes ok
