Ovarian yolk sac tumour

Hi everyone , am new to this site . i have jused be diagnosed with yolk sac tumour . i had right oophororectomy on the last month , since the operation i have been having hot flush and night sweat y FSH shows that i am suffering from menopausal i am 23 yrs .i am on prempak c every day . my afp have been monitor every week . can any body give me more information on yolk sac tumour.

Welcome to the site!

I'm afraid I can't give you any useful information about yolk sac tumours - I have ordinary, bog standard epithelian ovarian cancer myself! Have you tried looking up germ cell tumours on the cancer information part of the site? Alternatively, could I suggest you call the Macmillan nurses - they are incredibly helpful and will be able to answer any questions you may have.
