CANCER first came in to my life when i was only 8 and half years of age. My mum was told she had breast cancer. At the time i didnt really understand what that meant. All i knew was my mum was ill and needed an operation to fix it. she got rid of breast cancer when i was about 10 years old. About six months later we were told that she had secondary cancer and it was in her spine. the doctors gave her six months to live well my mum was a determined lady and lived for 6 more years. she sadly past away on 18 feb 2004.
in 2009 i found out that my nan had breast cancer and she was dying from it. later that year she sady past away.
On the first of may this year we found out that my stepson has got a difffuse brain stem giloma and they can not operate on it. he is having radiotherphy and chemotherphy to see if it can shrink it. today is day 19 out of 30 of his radiotheraphy. will write more when i no more.
