SAD NEWS

Less than one minute read time.

I am sorry to say our dear friend Sharry passed away peacefully in her sleep this morning at 8.15 am.  It  was very sudden as only last week she complained of being really tired.  I met her on here originally and then personally at Cath's garden party a couple of summers ago.  From that time we became "ladies wot lunch" every week and I shall miss her so much, as I know some of you will who had the pleasure of meeting her also.  She was definitely one of lifes troupers and so unlike me, as she never ever complained about her illness.  She will be sadly missed by her family and all of her friends.  Bye bye Sharry see u lata m8.

What a shock!  I too had the pleasure of meeting Sharry at the Leicester Fiesta a few years ago.  Such a lovely, bubbly lady with a great sense of humour.  My thoughts are with her husband and family at this sad time.

    Rest in peace Sharry x

I only knew Sharry through the old What Now site, but she always offered sound advice and support on here.

Yet another brave soul who has well earned and deserves her rest.  Condolences to her family.

Peace be the journey Sharry xx

Thank you so much for posting this. I am really shocked. I had the honour of meeting Sharry at The Banstead Booze Up 2 years ago, a nicer lady you could not wish to meet. I am so sorry that she has lost her fight, she was such a fighter. Thinking of her family and friends at this awful time.

    Rest in peace Sharry xox
