Its snowing so let people know if you need help to get to hospital or doctors etc. Let MacMillan nurses know, social  services etc and indeed phone Mac Millan who may be able to get you a lift to hospital by one of the volunteers don't be afraid to ask for whatever you need. Keep warm. Blessings.
