I have some concerns over the care my Father is being given, by his Hospital Dr.
How do I find out the Doctors position within the NHS, Qualification / Experiance / Position etc.
Also how do I find a more Qualified / Experianced Doctor to help my Father, at this NHS Hospital.
Whome should I contact regarding my concerns with the Care given.

You could just try googling him, that could work. Failing that NHS direct will help you with both questions. Good luck.
If you go to the GMC website you can check when this Dr was registered and you can also check if he has speciality registration. Also as been said Google the name see if they have had papers published etc. You can go see PALs at the hospital and explain your concerns.
Normally the hospital web site list consultants and their details, you can also chat to your GP or your fathers GP if they will and he/she can be a steer to either a change in consultant or second opinion.
