Mike just spoke to Jim's wife. He had the op on Monday and all went well. He's been talking to his wife and apparently he's quite chirpy. He must e doing OK I guess to be chirpy the day after such an operation. They tried to get him out of bed into a chair today but he's still a bit weak and wobbly. I'm amazed they even tried so soon after such extensive surgery so again, he must be doing well. Lets hope so anyway.
