1) Write more about yourself on your profile page so others know what  has happened to you and will therefore be able to give informed advice.

2) Write a blog - again let us know about you and your problems.

3) Any particular cancer issues of questions are better placed on the forums.

4) Respond to other members' blogs and forums.
