    Hi Dona,

You will get all the instructions on what to eat and when to eat it the same with the cream.Once you start your treatment.

I should know I went through 36 treatments 12 yrs ago. You will find it ok to start and as things start moving along you will start feeling tired and sore around the areaof R/T but you will cope. All the best and Good Luck.

Take care and be safe Big Hugs Love Sarsfield.xxx

Hi dona1, your partner needs to avoid using anything smelly to wash with - sanex or simple bath wash are okay.  Put plenty of E45  on every day, as many times as he wants if necessary and keep clothing loose.  I used to leave my bra off - I only had one anyway and keep cotton loose blouses to hand as they were easy to get off/on.  No-one noticed as it was winter and a big coat/scarf sorted out the inbalance.  Also drink lots of water and, yes, spicy food would be best avoided.  Apart from that, as long as your partner eats well i.e. lots of fruit, veg, balanced foods he'll be fine.  He may be quite tired so his diet is important.  Good luck, keep well Ann xx
