Hi , a little update on my journey, I am now 17 weeks post prostatectomy and at the beginning o thought that was it for me no more life no more running ,how wrong I was,I have been an avid runner Thumbsup tone1e 2017 ,starting with parkrun and now running marathons and the like ,after my op i thought it was over, couldn't have been more wrong,the running pre op put me in the best place possible for my rThumbsup tone1ery so much so that I am about to run a half marathon again in June,and have been training well just got a 63 minute 10k under my belt today,I am now in control of continence  but when running andThumbsup tone1king will wear a pad just for peace of mind,I could probably get away with not using them any more,also back to work after 3 months albeit only light duties but am progressing well ,this is just aThumbsup tone1sage to say,try not to get too low ,things do get better ,I hope this will help people see the light and the end of the tunnel  don't give up you can get back to life and enjoy it.Thumbsup tone1Muscle tone1Sunglasses
